Very cool list! Love the "learn to make gravy!" My mom always made the best gravy, I can kind-of do it, but I have found Pioneer powdered gravy (I get the sausage flavored) and it is consistently good and non-lumpy.) We regularly get the pouch of bisquick biscuits and the Pioneer gravy and it makes the easiest, most delicious biscuits and gravy. I don't even bother with real sausage! Ha! I feel like you are kind-of hard on yourself, don't even fret about not completing everything on this list, you have done a lot and you have a beautiful family! Moms do so many thankless jobs, so good job with raising your family and especially good job with all you have publicly accomplished already in 2011!
