Today we are supposed to organize the kiddo's toys. Hannah got an insane amount of toys for Christmas this year, so we went through a couple weeks ago and purged an entire tub of toys that she doesn't really play with anymore, to make room for the new ones.
I also bought some bins/baskets to better organize the toys.
(Sorry no before pictures - we did this quickly while Hannah was sleeping so she couldn't try and drag all the toys back out!)

I haven't perfected it yet, but it is nice to have things in their correct space, while still keeping them easily accessible to Hannah.

I love your daughter's name, my daughter's name is Hannah too. By the look of your toys I am guessing they are close to the same age. My Hannah is 10 1/2 months. We have the same colorful bin unit as you too. It held her toys until just after Christmas, Violet lived in one of the top bins at our house as well, now I am using the unit for storage in her closet.

Stephanie - great minds think alike, huh? Love the name Hannah. My little one is 15 months old. I struggle with keeping her room organized (clothes and toys) as I am sure all mothers do - seems like we have to keep adjusting things to their age! Thanks for stopping by! :)

I had this same bin rack and bins but in the boy colors. I found that the bins were only holding half of what they actually would if they were flat instead of at an angle. So......i got rid of the rackss. i took a piece of press board..painted it the same color as the wall. and screwed curtain hooks to it (2 hooks per bin). The bins now hold twice has much, are sturdy, have pic on the front to show what is in them, and my son has been putting everything back in the correct spot ever since. Its awesome, easy, and moveable.
